  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    1. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, such as downloadable software, books, or online courses, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed, unless otherwise stated on the product page or as required by law.

    2. Physical Products: If you have purchased a physical product from us, you may be eligible for a refund exchange within (30) days from the date of subject to the conditions outlined in this refund policy.

2. Conditions for Refunds

  1. Return Authorization: To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our customer support team at fran.scottmedconsulting.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

  2. Proof of Purchase: To process your refund request, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or invoice.

Refund Process

  1. Refund Method: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in in your account.  

  2. Non-Refundable Items: Certain may be non-refundable, such as gift cards, downloadable digital products, or services explicitly, stated as non-refundable. We will clearly indicate any non-refundable items on the product page.

Shipping Costs

  1. Return Shipping: If you are returning a physical product a refund or exchange, you may   be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.  

  2. Non-Refundable Shipping: Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
